I definitely have to go with Tom Brady. He had a rough game vs the saints but not his fault, the offensive line did not protect him at all. One game does not make or break an athletes career. Brady has shown more often than not that he is an elite quarterback. Romo is much younger and has not shown that he can perform under pressure. He has yet to prove that he is anything more than an average quarterback. Remembered more? At this point that will be Brady, he could walk away now and be in the hall of fame. Romo has not earned that.
